Six children killed when two houses collapsed southern Baghdad

Six children were killed and one man was injured when two houses collapsed on Tuesday in the city of Kut, southern Baghdad. Other houses also collapsed due to heavy rains in Iraq during the past two days, according to local and medical sources.               

A local official from the city stressed that the heavy rains were the cause of the collapse, without giving further details.
