Georgieva visits Syrian refugees in the Bekaa

European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response Kristalina Georgieva visited on Saturday the Syrian refugees in the Bekaa and was briefed on their conditions and needs.               

Later, Georgieva headed to the Grand Serail where she met with PM Najib Mikati and informed him of the visit. In turn, Mikati briefed her on the plan set up by the Lebanese government to help the refugees during the winter.
