REPORT: Antonine University holds peaceful elections

The youth democracy day at the Antonine University went by peacefully, as the results of the elections were anticipated. The competition was absent after the withdrawal of March 14 forces for the third year in a row, in protest against the electoral law.

The elections were held in only four faculties where the competition was limited between a few number of independents and March 8 alliance.

In this context, a relative calm has so far prevailed over the elections in most of the universities.
