REPORT: Saint Charbel wins over racism in Las Vegas

Saint Charbel Church in Las Vegas was established in 1999, and since then the Lebanese community gathering in it has been growing, but this year, the joining of the Filipino and Mexican communities was noteworthy.

The increase of the number of people entering this church and the multiplicity of affiliations led the church’s Pastor Father Nadim Abou Zeid to allocate a mass in the English language for those who do not understand Arabic, adding prayers in Spanish and Italian once a month.

The modern Saint Charbel church in Las Vegas attracts the Americans of Middle Eastern origins by its Christmas preparations.
