Mechanic inspection centers to resume work on Friday

Mechanic inspection centers will resume work on Friday following a six-month extension of the current contracting company’s contract with a new tender to follow.           

The 4 Mechanic inspection centers in Lebanon had been closed since January 2nd and were due to reopen by January 15th.                        

Recent statistics show that yearly inspected cars in Lebanon are almost 750 thousand out of 1 million 800 thousand cars which compromises almost 41.8 % of operating vehicles.
