Palestinian leadership ready for dialogue with Israeli parties

The Palestinian Liberation Organization Secretary Yasser Abed Rabbo declared the group's willingness to conduct dialogue with Israeli parties in order to kick start peace negotiations in light of the Israeli elections' results.

Abed Rabbo added that negotiations must be held on the precondition of establishing a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
