Caritas Lebanon calls on Lebanese to show solidarity with displaced Syrians

President of Caritas Lebanon Father Simon Faddoul called on the Lebanese society, Christians and Muslims alike, to launch a campaign in solidarity with displaced Syrians in Lebanon.

In a press conference, Faddoul said that on behalf of the Catholic Church in Lebanon, Caritas Lebanon has been helping displaced Syrians since last April, adding “we provided assistance to over 10,500 families.”

In this context, a mass will be held at Bkerke on Sunday to voice solidarity with these displaced.
