Stun grenade explodes in the surroundings of the Sports City Stadium

A stun grenade exploded and was followed by gunshots in the surroundings of the Sports City Stadium in Beirut on Saturday evening. An LAF patrol rushed to the scene to reveal the circumstances of the incidents.

Conflicting reports emerged; while exclusive sources told LBCI that the grenade targeted a polling station, prompting people from inside the station to respond by firing gunshots, other sources stated that a car passing by the area threw the bomb and fired gunshots.
