Judge Saqr indicts five Lebanese on charges of espionage

State Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against 5 Lebanese nationals living in occupied Palestine, two of whom have acquired the Israeli nationality, on charges of dealing with Israel, according to articles 278 and 285 of the Penal Code.              

Judge Saqr then referred the file to the Military Investigation Judge Riad Abou Ghaida to take the necessary procedures.
