Salam from Baabda: I am not with expediting the cabinet's formation

Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam declared on Tuesday that he is neither with expediting the formation of the government, nor with its delay, “because the country needs a cabinet during the current situation.”

Following his meeting with President Michel Sleiman at the Baabda Presidential Palace, Salam stressed that he is keen on preserving a positive atmosphere, noting that “maintaining national interest serves the benefit of the country.”
