MP el-Murr: Keeping Lebanon without a government is unacceptable

Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam met on Thursday with former Deputy Speaker MP Michel el-Murr with talks featuring high on the latest developments, mainly the extension of the parliament's mandate.

Following the meeting, MP el-Murr announced that consultations will resume next week over the formation of the government "because it is unacceptable to keep the country without a government amid the deteriorating security situation."
