Altercation between doctor and Red Cross volunteers over patient hospital admission-[VIDEO]
The "Waynie Dawle" page published a video on Saturday showing an altercation between a doctor at Qabreshmoun Hospital and Red Cross volunteers after attempting to admit a patient to the hospital.
 
The Red Cross later confirmed to LBCI the authenticity of the video, adding that such incidents take place on a daily basis due to the overcrowding in hospitals.
