A team from the Ministry of Health and security forces raided on Friday warehouse in the region of Badaro storing medicines that were intended to be smuggled abroad.
This as the director general of the Ministry of Health Fadi Sanan said that the security apparatuses must shoulder their responsibilities in this regard, adding that the ministry will follow up closely on this matter.
He also noted that the ministry has a new plan to follow up on the Coronavirus and the smuggling of medicines, in addition to what the Lebanese citizens have been subject to in terms of Coronavirus in some hospitals.
