Who is the new Minister of Energy Cesar Abi Khalil?
Cesar Abi Khalil was named on Sunday as the new Minister of Energy.

-    He is born in the Aley town of Blaybel on aughust 17, 1971.
-    He holds a diploma in civil engineering from the Saint Joseph University.
-    He is member of the Order of Engineers in Beirut since 1995.
-    He is a Free Patritic Movement activist since 1989.
-    He is President of the student body at the Faculty of Engineering for the «FPM» in 1993 and 1994.
-    Member of the engineers’ body in the «FPM» since its foundation until 2009.
-    FPM candidate for the Maronite seat in Aley in 2009, and the postponed 2013 and 2014 elections.
-    He occupies since 2009 until present the position of Minister of Energy and Water Advisor.
