Judge Hammoud issues search and investigation notice against ADP's Refaat Eid

Acting State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud issued on Saturday a search and investigation notice against the Secretary General of the Arab Democratic Party, Refaat Ali Eid.

This comes as State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr raised a complaint against him on charges of threatening the Internal Security Forces Information Bureau and referred him to the First Military Investigation Magistrate, Riad Abou Ghida.
