Le Drian: I believe in the future of education in Lebanon
French Foreign affairs Minister Jean Yves Le Drian said on Friday that France will provide 15 million Euros to the education sector in Lebanon.

“I understand the economic difficulty that schools are currently suffering from and parents who are suffering from paying school fees,” Le Drian said in a press conference.

“You can rely on France for help and we will not let the Lebanese youth face the current crisis alone,” he added.

Le Drian also stressed that education in Lebanon is an example for a large number of countries.

“As President Macron said, we must increase the number of schools,” the French minister added.

“I believe in the future of education in Lebanon and no one will leave you alone,” he concluded by saying.
