As many of us spend at least eight hours at work seated at a desk and working on a computer while hovering over the keyboard, we tend to damage our posture, leading to many aches and pains that rip through our bodies.
To help correct this hunched posture, follow these steps!
Grab a strap, towel or a belt; stretch it in both hands, while raising your arms above your head. Spread your arms as wide as you can.
Pull your arms back around 30 degrees above your shoulders, to feel the stretch across your chest, through the biceps, the elbow, and into the forearms.
Make sure not to throw your ribcage forward, try to keep your ribs right on top of your pelvis for the best stretch.
Hold the stretch for 20 seconds, or three to five breaths.
