Jumblatt grants Rasmussen “Kamal Jumblatt's medal”

The media office of the Progressive Socialist Party (PSP) announced on Friday that the party leader MP Walid Jumblatt participated in a ceremony to honor European politician Poul Rasmussen, the current President of the Party of European Socialists and granted him “Kamal Jumblatt's medal".

Jumblatt praised Rasmussen’s siding with the PSP on March 14, 2005 and his support during international forum for the establishment of the international Tribunal.
