Public institutions to close on October 15, 16

Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued on Monday an administrative memorandum whereby he declared that all public institutions and administrations, as well as municipalities will be closed on the 15th and 16th of October, on the occasion of the Muslim Eid al-Adha holiday.
