President Sleiman chairs security meeting at the Baabda Palace

Lebanese President Michel Sleiman chaired on Wednesday a security meeting at the Baabda Palace during which he discussed the dossier of the Syrian refugees.

The meeting was attended by caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, caretaker Minister of Interior Marwan Charbel, and caretaker Minister Social Affairs Wael Abou Faour, in addition to military and security officials.

Prior to the meeting, President Sleiman and outgoing PM Mikati discussed the latest developments in the country.
