Iran’s Rokenabadi stresses importance of enhancing cooperation with Lebanon

Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghadanfar Rokenabadi reiterated Monday his country’s support to Lebanon’s stability, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two countries.

Following a meeting with Former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, Rokenabadi noted that discussions were mainly related to means of strengthening ties between Iran and Lebanon as well as other countries such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Rokenabadi also delivered to Siniora a letter from the Iranian president Hassan Rouhani and congratulated him on the occasion of the Eid el-Adha holiday.
