Attempt to smuggle Captagon foiled at Beirut Airport

The Directorate General of Internal Security Forces, declared on Thursday that an inspection unit of the Beirut International Airport’s security forces, arrested a Syrian national attempting to smuggle Captagon pills, estimated at 5 kg.

The detainee admitted that he was intending to smuggle narcotic pills to one of the Arab countries through the Beirut airport.
