Lebanese farmer grows giant potatoes, 10 kg each

A Lebanese farmer, Mussa Abdallah Atawi, found on Wednesday in his field located in el-Qassimiyeh, in Tyre, many sweet potato heads, each of which weighs around 10 kg.

Atawi added that, each year, he plants some potato seeds in the middle of his banana trees, confirming that he does not add any chemicals.

Atawi confirmed that each year, he obtains the same potato size, adding that these giant potatoes are edible and have the same taste as the smaller ones.
