Canadian ambassador: Lebanon not targeted by nationality revocation

Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon Hilary Childs-Adams said that investigations are underway to inquire on 2100 citizens from over 100 countries who received the Canadian nationality.

She said that the Canadian authorities are verifying that the measures taken in this regard are transparent and that no unfair decision is taken against these individuals.

Following her meeting with PM Najib Mikati, Adams stressed that Lebanon must not feel targeted by this action.
