Sources to LBCI: LF leader Geagea met with PSP leader MP Jumblatt last week

Sources told LBCI on Thursday that Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea met with Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt last week at the residence of MP Nehme Tohme.

Geagea and Jumblatt reportedly tackled the formation of the new government and the presidential elections.

This as another meeting is set to take place between LAF and PSP MPs and officials on Monday.

Lebanese leaders are sharply divided over various political issues, such as the formation of a new government, the presidential elections, the electoral law that would govern the upcoming parliamentary elections, and the Syrian civil war.
