Hezbollah says claims that Bahrain bomb attacker was trained by the group are untrue
Hezbollah denied the claim of Dubai's police chief Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan who said that the Bahraini bomb attacker was trained by Hezbollah.

"This claim is not based on evidence and is untrue," Hezbollah said in a statement on Tuesday.

This comes after Dubai's police chief Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan lashed out at the Islamic Republic of Iran and Hezbollah, a day after a bomb explosion in Bahrain claimed the lives of three policemen, including Lieutenant Tareq Mohammed al-Shehhi.

“The suspect, who planted the bomb, has visited Lebanon and was trained by Hezbollah on carrying out bomb attacks,” Khalfan said via his Twitter account on Tuesday.

Khalfan also noted that “an addition 1,000 Emirati policemen should be sent to Bahrain so that the enemies of the Arab Gulf would understand that security in Bahrain involves us all.”
