Lebanese University contract professors call for full-time employment
Contract professors at the Lebanese University held a protest on Wednesday across the Baabda Presidential Palace, calling for their full-employment at the university.

The professors stated that 2 other sit-ins will be held next Wednesday and Thursday, and noted that they will not halt their activities before the parliament meets their demands.

They also pointed out that their strike was a warning, stressing that they will be taking escalatory measures.

This protest comes in line with a series of others that were also held today including that of the UCC, Civil Defense volunteers and other public servant strikes.
