Syndicate of Lebanese Air Transport to partake in Wednesday's strike

The Syndicate of the Lebanese Air Transport (LAT) decided on Monday to support and take part in Wednesday's strike, the state-run National News Agency reported.

The syndicate's decision came after an exceptional meeting was held to discuss the General Labor Confederation's call for a general strike and a sit-in on Wednesday April 30.

The attendees decided to fully support and meet with all syndicates to demand decent wages for workers and employees in light of the dire social situation in Lebanon.
