NSF warns against passing pay scale without reforms

Member of the National Struggle Front MP Alaeddine Terro declared on Wednesday that the bloc’s stance over the series of ranks and salaries has not changed and will remain unchanged in terms of prioritizing the interests of the Lebanese citizens, warning against the repercussions of passing the pay scale without reforms.

In a press conference held prior to the parliamentary session set to address the pay scale, Terro noted that the series will fail to ensure the required sources of funding, stressing that the NSF is against imposing new taxes on citizens.

In this regard, the MP said that the bloc’s voting will be determined in accordance with the course of the discussions during the session.
