First Military Examining Judge interrogates detainee Omar Bakri Fostok
First Military Examining Judge Riyad Abu Ghaida interrogated on Monday hardline Salafist cleric Omar Bakri Fostok who is accused of belonging to armed terrorist groups.

On Thursday, Abu Ghaida received the complaint raised by State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr against Omar Bakri Fostok.

Judge Saqr filed on Tuesday a lawsuit against Fostok on charges of belonging to al-Qaeda and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), and plotting to establish an Islamic state.

Fostok was also charged with weapons and explosives training and preaching against the Lebanese state and the Lebanese Armed Forces, and instigating civil strife.
