State Commissioner to Military Court files complaint against 43 Syrians
The State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr filed on Thursday a complaint against 43 Syrians, 10 of whom, including the leader of the Fajr al-Islam Brigade Imad Jomaa, were detained.

The Syrian nationals were accused of belonging to armed terrorist organizations, carrying out terrorist attacks and attempting to control Lebanese regions in a bid to establish their "emirate".

They were also charged with the killing of soldiers and civilians and the attempted murder of other troops.

Accordingly, Saqr referred them to the First Military Judge Riad Abu Ghida.
