Gunmen open fire at ISIL member in Arsal

Gunmen opened fire on Tuesday in the border town of Arsal at a member of the Islamic State group.

The man is identified as Ali Safwan from the Syrian town of Flita.

The wounded man was transferred to the al-Rahma hospital for treatment.

No further details were provided.
