Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah met on Thursday with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's special envoy Morteza Sarmadi and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Iran’s Ambassador to Lebanon Mohammad Fathali.
During the meeting, the discussions featured high on the course of the negotiations underway concerning the Iranian nuclear program and the outcome reached in this regard, as well as the various regional developments mainly in Yemen.
The Iranian envoy arrived in Beirut on Wednesday to hold meetings with Lebanese officials on Tehran's expected agreement with Western powers over its nuclear program.
