Patriarch Rai’s visit to Syria only pastoral – Media office

The media office of the Maronite Patriarchate in Bkerke stated on Wednesday that the scheduled visit of Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutors Rai to Syria is strictly of a pastoral nature.

“Patriarch Rai's visit to Syria is pastoral and does not include any meeting with Syrian officials," the media office said.
