We have found this disturbing video circulating on social mediaof an endangered sea turtle found in Tyre, south of Lebanon on the 14th of August brutalised by a group of swimmers and their kids. This behaviour and attitude towards animals is not acceptable, in Cyprus which is only less than 30 min flight from lebanon, sea turtles are protected and respected. We urge anybody who sees people brutalising sea turtles to report directly to APAF or any official animal friendly organisation to try to reason with abusers and save lives.
