Snow falls on Lebanon’s mountainous regions

Snow started to fall on Thursday in the mountainous regions in Lebanon.

This as the Inata al-Arez road is closed due to the accumulation of snow, while the Becharre-al-Arez road is open for fully equipped vehicles.

The bulldozers of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport as well as the bulldozers of Becharre municipality worked on opening the road for the commuters on the New Year eve.

Meanwhile, the Internal Security Forces noted that the road leading to the Kfardebian ski slopes is open for equipped vehicles.

The ISF added that the Kfardebian-Hadath Baalbek road is open for equipped cars.

Also, the Daher al-Baydar road is open for all vehicles in both directions.
