It was reported Friday that unknown assailants broke and entered Citizen Tony Massoud’s home in Qeb Elias robbing both jewelry and a sum of 65 Million LBP.
In a separate event Citizen Mustafa Al- Mohammad was robbed on Ouzai Road while on board a public transportation van. He was threatened with a knife and forced to hand over his wallet.

On Dawhet Al-Hoss, 3 unknown assailants stopped Citizen Ahmad Chehab Al-Alayli as he drove his champagne color Renault (number plate: G289635). They then proceeded to rob him, taking his car keys, a batch of recharge cards and unknown amount of money.

By dawn Friday, an 8 year old child was found wandering in Akkar. Authorities are now identifying the child in hopes of reaching his parents.

Also in Akkar, gunshots were reported as two brothers (Mohammad and Saad Souad) fired in the direction of Citizen Yehya Tahha. The dispute is said to be due to land ownership. Security apparatuses continue their investigations in those regards.
