Berri: I thrive on problems

Speaker Nabih Berri clarified on Thursday that the ratification of the minutes adopted in the last legislative session is not up to theAlpha Council Bureau but instead will be determined the in the upcoming parliamentary session.

Berri confirmed that March 14 members are not boycotting the Council Bureau but said that “there is a system I am by law bound to and I thrive when faced with problems. I follow the constitution” he concluded.
