Lebanese University students denounce political domination

Rasha al-Amin received many threats after publishing an article where she criticized some political practices of the media faculty's first branch.

Hussein Mahdi wrote a similar article about the faculty of political sciences and law - first branch and almost faced the same fate.

Consequently, Rasha, Hussein and a group of Lebanese University students decided to hold a symbolic sit-in outside the Central Administration of the Lebanese University headquarters.

They presented a letter to the University’s director Adnan Sayyed Hussein, calling for lifting the political domination from hovering over the Lebanese University.
