Man refuses to pay for groceries, shoots store’s owner

Citizen Nabil K. shot Mohammad Ali Jamil al-Moallem who owns a grocery shop in the town of Kob Elias on Tuesday.

In the details, Nabil K. tried to leave the shop without paying for the groceries he bought, and when the owner demanded money, Nabil fired two shots at him from a war pistol but did not hit him.

Security forces rushed to the scene, launched an investigation and are chasing after the shooter who fled to an unknown destination.
