Lebanese army reopens Naher el-Kaleb highway-[VIDEO]

The Lebanese army reopened on Monday the Naher el-Kaleb highway in both directions after being cut off by protesters.

This as another army’s patrol also reopened the sea road.

Earlier in the day, the army opened only one lane on the highway's western direction.
