Fatah member killed in Ain el-Helwe camp

Three masked men killed 25 year old Saber Choukri Khatib (Palestinian national) and member in "Fatah party" on Thursday midnight in Ain el Helwi Camp and fled to an unknown destination, according to the National News Agency.

Consequently, the Palestinian Follow-up Committee held a meeting at the movement’s headquarters, where the statement issued by the meeting, included an investigation into the incident and an initiative to restore calm and stability to the camp.

Khatib, once arrested and imprisoned by Lebanese authorities was notorious for causing riots in the camp.
