Gemayel from Turkey: Dialogue serves Lebanon's pioneering role

Kataeb party leader, Amin Gemayel, held a dinner Saturday night in Istanbul in honor of the Lebanese delegation participating in the "Arab Awakening and Peace in the Middle East" international conference.

Several religious and diplomatic Lebanese figures attended the banquet, including Mufti of the Lebanese Republic Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani, and representative of the Maronite Patriarch, Bishop Boulos Sayyah.

Gemayel praised the Lebanese society which "embodies the diversity in the unity and the unity in the diversity," highlighting the amicable feelings that bind Lebanese religious communities to preserve Lebanon, which made the country a role model for the region and humanity.

Gemayel also stressed on the importance of national dialogue in favor of stability, and the pioneering role of Lebanon.
