Caretaker Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil said on Thursday that Lebanon is on the "brink" of forming a new government.
He said that the meeting between Speaker Berri and PM-designate Hassan Diab on Thursday was positive and ensures the appropriate atmosphere to form a new cabinet.
He explained that the new cabinet would comprise 18 specialist ministers.
