Sayegh to LBCI: Lebanese sovereignty violated on a daily basis by Syrian Artillery

Former Minister Salim Sayegh considered that the LAF is in need of a unilateral political decision in order to set overall security on all Lebanese lands without exceptions. This he said should be done to maintain Lebanon’s sovereignty, violated on a daily basis by Syrian artillery.

In an interview with Nharkom Said, Sayegh said that there are attempts on the part of Hezbollah to split the Syrian issue from internal manifestations.
On Lebanese President Michel Sleiman, Sayegh said that the President is before a “great chance to exert the state’s prestige on all with no limitations”.
