Saqr Saqr stalls in decision making of Samaha's case

The Government Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr has reportedly decided to stall in the decision making pertaining to the case of the Syrian presidential adviser Bouthaina Shaaban.

Judge Saqr requested that Judge Riad Abou Ghaida complete the investigations which include the verification of Shaaban's upcoming testimony. Colonel Ali Mamlouk's and various other figures' accounts will also be taken into consideration in the course of the investigation.
