Geagea: 60's electoral law does not serve all Lebanese parties

Lebanese Forces Chief Samir Geagea considered that Israel's violations do not justify Hezbollah's unilateral action and pointed that the response to Israeli violations is done through a plan by the Ministry of defense.

Geagea said in a press conference on Monday that he agreed with Former PM Saad Hariri on a full strategy related to the electoral law based on the smaller districts draft.

Geagea asked the Head of Change and reform Bloc MP Michel Aoun to withdraw his approval of the governments draft law and pointed that Aoun voted for the government's suggestion then discussed the Orthodox Gathering proposal.

"The 60's electoral law doesn't serve all Lebanese parties, and our first choice is the 50-districts law," Geagea concluded.
