Aridi: They don’t want us to live in peace
The Minister of Works Ghazi Aridi said that several issues are pending on the Lebanese political agenda, adding that the resistance offered us freedom and liberty by kicking the Israeli army out of Lebanon.

Aridi mentioned during a ceremony in the honor of recent graduate students that Israel does not want us to live in peace nor will it return the occupied land. “Israel will not respect United Nation’s resolution 1701 and will not recognize our rights or our maritime borders, so how do they expect us to behave?” Aridi was quoted as saying.
