Unknown persons leave three-year old child on the side of the road in Arsal

Unknown persons in a black car left on Thursday a three-year-old child on the side of the road in the Arsal locality of Al-Manqaa, in northern Bekaa, according to the state-run National News Agency.

A Lebanese army patrol in Bekaa handed the child over to one of the organizations specialized in children affairs.
