Aref Yassin elected as head of Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut

The preliminary results showed that the "Syndicate Revolts" candidate Aref Yassin won 72% of the votes while the parties in power got 28%.

The results came as follows:

- Aref Yassin: 5798
- Bassem Oweini: 1528
- Abdo Al Sukari: 1289
